Timelines depend on role complexity. For most lateral hires, we present shortlisted candidates within 7–10 business days. Senior searches typically take 2–4 weeks.

Can you handle volume hiring? +
Yes. Our RPO offering is designed exactly for this — we embed into your hiring process and scale with your needs.
How does the Officerio process work? +
We start with a requirement deep-dive, then source and assess candidates against a structured scorecard — technical + domain + soft skills. You receive only the profiles that pass. We support through offer and onboarding.
Are you available across India? +
We are headquartered in Indore and Hyderabad and serve clients pan-India. Remote-first search means geography is rarely a limitation.

Does Officerio charge candidates any fee? +
Never. Officerio does not charge candidates — not for registration, not for placement, not ever. Our fee is always from the hiring company only.
How do I submit my profile? +
Head to our Careers page and fill out the form. Upload your CV and tell us a bit about yourself. We'll reach out when there's a strong match.
What kinds of roles do you place candidates in? +
Both IT and Non-IT — from software engineers and data scientists to HR, finance, architecture, and creative roles. If you're good at what you do, we want to know you.
Will my details be kept confidential? +
Absolutely. We never share your profile with any company without your explicit consent. You stay in control.
How long does it take to hear back? +
We review all profiles and aim to respond within 5–7 business days. If there is an active role that matches, we will reach out faster.
